Almost every night, like clock work... my daughter is either up at 3-3:30a. A quick talk to and she is back to sleep.

EVERY NIGHT since she was born... I've been awake at the same time, even when she doesn't wake up.  I may have found the reason.  It's sugar.  Not just eating spoonfuls of it (which I don't do) but what I am eating and drinking after dinner is causing me to wake up.
