Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are officially moving out!
The pair, rumored to have ended their marriage in recent months, just listed their Beverly Hills megamansion for a whopping $68 million. According to E!News, the expansive property, featuring 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, features its own indoor sports complex complete with "basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, boxing ring, and sports lounge."
Mauricio Umansky’s real estate company, The Agency, shared additional details regarding the pair's former estate.
"A separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, and two-bedroom guardhouse complement the main residence while a spacious 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles accommodate the most discerning collector."
Lopez and Affleck tied the knot on July 16, 2022, rekindling a flame that was sparked nearly two decades prior. In May 2024, breakup rumors began to swirl as both were spotted without their wedding rings on multiple occasions. The pair have since vacationed without each other and attended Hollywood movie premieres alone.
On the other side of speculation, Lopez was spotted with her ring on the day she listed the home for sale. The "On The Floor" songstress continues to support Affleck and Jennifer Garner's children publicly, and even wished Affleck a Happy Father's Day on social media in June.
The pair have yet to confirm a breakup as hearsay continues to spread like wildfire now that their home is for sale.
